Guyys.... Someone tell me how to post pictures on here?

Guys - i've really hurt my back, and am in an exceptionally large amount of pain - so no updating. There are some pictures I have which could be intresting for a winter shoot - but I actually can't get to my harddrive with pictures... So sorry - will get round to it, but at present i actually can't do anything.
